She founded the school of serving and decorating “SvSabri decoration”. Svetlana is co-host and designer of television projects “Time to build “ and “Useful program “.
Solmaz Fooladi – the queen of concrete and the poetry of the Eastern Ethnics with recognizable handwriting of their own unique style. This year it will present one of the most successful projects – Turquaz restaurant.
Like all the projects of Solmaz – it is filled with an eastern flavor, restrained luxury and lofty monumentality. This project nominated as a participant Interium in the nomination “Interior of public premises: cafes, bars, restaurants”!

Woodsystems, the general partner of the contest, which has been intentionally working to support Ukrainian design, has awarded its special prize – a certificate for UAH 50,000 to Olena Fatieieva.

From the 3rd till the 6th of March 2021 Kiev International Furniture Forum KIFF 2021, the main annual furniture exhibition, went with a bang in the International Exhibition Centre. This year it was even more anticipated, because being tired of quarantine restrictions, we have been missing live meetings, novelties of textures, technologies, ideas and decorations!
Over 40 lectures, seminars and discussion panels;
4 intensive days of meetings and introductions of novelties, news lines and technologies;
22,500 visitors;
hundreds of exhibiting companies and brands!
Last year the Forum set an incredibly high standard of event holding and coverage. This year unfortunately the market itself had some limitations – but both exhibitors and visitors of the Forum are optimistic about the future, are ready to take responsibility to support innovations, creativity and bold ideas. It could be seen in stand designs, designer’s zones, projects presented by the speakers and guests of lecture zone, and in issues discussed at discussion panels. The lecture zone Territory of Opportunities ran non-stop: lectures, seminars and workshops both online and offline were being held from the opening till the last visitor of the exhibition. In general for 4 days at the lecture zone and in conference rooms of the IEC over 40 educational events for the most exquisite listeners took place – from an export conference for those who want to supply their furniture to the leading European and American networks – to the presentation of charity projects driven by Ukrainian designers and publishers.
We are incredibly grateful to all of you: we had been dreaming, planning, designing, working and creating for this half a year and 4 days! This year was not an easy one, but it is not the time who dictates rules, but us. We create the history!

31 sets of furniture were presented by contestants of BEST Mebel UA 2021 – the best Ukrainian furniture manufacturers, for jury’s consideration! The jury’s task was not only to point out those producers whose furniture meets quality criteria required by the contest conditions, but also to see the peculiarities of each contestant, his uniqueness and help him change it into a driving force to transform and develop.
